  • Do you have physical stores?
    No, Store of the World is an E-Commerce shop only.
  • Can I change my order?
    Once an order is placed, you can't modify it, but you can cancel it if it has not been shipped yet and then place a new order.
  • How long does it take to ship my order?
    You can always refer to the product details page for each item to see the relevant processing and shipping times.
  • What is the status of my order?
    You can always check the status and details of your orders by going to your account (click on your profile photo on the right top corner of the page) and click on "My Orders".
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept PayPal and Card Payments.
  • Do you offer a rewards program? How does it work?
    Yes, we have a rewards program. You can access it by clicking on the Rewards box on the bottom left side of the website.
  • Do you offer a referral program? How does it work?
    Yes, we have a referral program. You can access it by clicking on the Rewards box on the bottom left side of the website
  • Can I exchange an item?
    If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order. Then you can place a new order with the new item you want to buy. Please note that personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
  • Do you accept returns?
    We accept returns for most items except sleepwear, swimwear, skirts, eyeglasses, sunglasses, and personalized items. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order. Please note that personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

    We ship to all US states and territories.
  • How can I track my package?

    We offer 100% free shipping in the US.
